Earn 1% cashback on service charge
The following Tickit Campaign in collaboration with Visa Terms and Conditions (the "Visa T&Cs") apply to all members participating in the Promotion defined below. These Visa T&Cs are subject to the Dubai Holding Loyalty Programme General Terms and Conditions ("DHLP"), which are incorporated by reference herein.
1. To qualify for this promotion, the DHLP member must register on the Tickit App, link their UAE-issued Visa debit or credit card, and pay their service charge or rent via Dubai Community Management, Nakheel Community Management, or the Dubai Residential App using the linked Visa card. The member will then receive 1% cashback in Tickit points on the eligible transaction.
2. To participate in the Promotion, you must download the Tickit App and link your UAE-issued Visa debit and/or credit card.
3. This Promotion is valid from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026 (the “Term”).
4. Payments made outside the campaign duration are not eligible.
5. Payments made via cheque are not eligible for this campaign.
6. Transactions made using non-Visa cards or Visa cards not linked to Tickit are not eligible.
7. Payments must be made to one of the following entities:
o Dubai Residential (for rent)
o Dubai Community Management
o Nakheel Community Management (for service charges)
8. The cashback will be credited in the form of Tickit points to the member's Tickit account.
8.1. To qualify for this campaign, rent and service charge payments must be made directly through the official community payment portal.
8.2. Payments made through any third-party websites, platforms, or payment links will not be eligible for the campaign or any associated rewards.
9. The card used must be a Visa-issued debit or credit card that is linked to the member’s Tickit account.
10. Dubai Holding respects the privacy of members and confirms that any information provided as part of participation in this campaign will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the DHLP Privacy Policy, available at:

11. Members can contact a Tickit customer service representative via the Tickit App for any questions or support.
12. Dubai Holding and Visa reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

To add a card:
Go to Profile > Cards > Add Card (manually or by scanning).
How to Earn Points
No QR code or membership number needed.
Just use your linked card to pay at Tickit partners (in-store or online).
Points are earned instantly, no minimum spend required.

When Will I See My Points?
Points are credited instantly after using your linked card (UAE-issued VISA or Mastercard).
If points don’t appear after 5 days, email your card payment slip to support@gettickit.com.
Do Points Expire?
Yes, points expire the December after they are earned.
Example: Points earned on 15 June 2024 will expire on 31 December 2025.

Steps to Redeem
Go to "Redeem Points" on the home page.
Click "Press Here to Redeem" and follow the steps.
Add your virtual card to your mobile wallet
(Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet, Google Pay) and use it at Tickit partner outlets.

Only at Tickit partner outlets listed in the app.
Not Enough Points?
You can use your points for part of the payment and complete the rest with your linked card to earn more points.
