Ramadan Rewards Campaign 2026 – Terms & Conditions
The Ramadan Rewards campaign is offered by Tickit in collaboration with Dubai Economy and Tourism. This promotion is valid from 13 February 2026 until the end of Eid 2026 and is available only to new Tickit users or existing users who link a new eligible Visa or Mastercard to their Tickit account during the campaign period.
To qualify, users must download the Tickit app, register or log in, link an eligible card, and complete a qualifying transaction for Iftar or Suhour at participating outlets across participating destinations between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM during the campaign period.
Campaign Terms
- Eligible users will receive AED 100 in Tickit points once their qualifying transaction has been successfully verified.
- The offer is limited to one reward per user for the entire campaign.
- The promotion is valid only for new users or existing users who link a new eligible card.
- Rewards apply only to transactions successfully through a linked eligible Visa or Mastercard.
- Transactions that are refunded, reversed, declined, disputed, split, or not qualified will not be rewarded.
- Points will be credited within the standard processing timeline after the transaction is validated at the end of the campaign.
- A minimum spend of AED 100 in a single transaction is required to be eligible for the campaign reward.
- Points are subject to Tickit’s standard loyalty program terms and redemption rules.
- The offer is valid only at participating outlets and destinations, which may change without prior notice.
- Tickit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign or these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
How to Use Tickit to Qualify
- Download the Tickit app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Create an account or log in.
- Link your eligible Visa or Mastercard within the app.
- Visit a participating outlet at a participating destination.
- Pay for your Iftar or Suhour using your linked card between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
- Your transaction will be automatically tracked and, once verified, your reward points will be credited.
Get to know Tickit
Add at least one UAE-issued Mastercard or VISA (credit or debit) to start earning rewards with Tickit.
To add a card:
Go to Profile > Cards > Add Card (manually or by scanning).
How to Earn Points
No QR code or membership number needed.
Just use your linked card to pay at Tickit partners (in-store or online).
Points are earned instantly, no minimum spend required.
Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet, and Google Pay work too!
Note : You must link a card to earn or redeem points. Tickit is free to use.

Earn between 0.5% to 20% points, depending on the outlet.
Check the app for the percentage shown next to each outlet's logo.
When Will I See My Points?
Points are credited instantly after using your linked card (UAE-issued VISA or Mastercard).
If points don’t appear after 5 days, email your card payment slip to support@gettickit.com.
Do Points Expire?
Yes, points expire the December after they are earned.
Example: Points earned on 15 June 2024 will expire on 31 December 2025.

Once you reach AED 50, you can access your virtual VISA card.
Steps to Redeem
Go to "Redeem Points" on the home page.
Click "Press Here to Redeem" and follow the steps.
Add your virtual card to your mobile wallet
(Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet, Google Pay) and use it at Tickit partner outlets.
Where Can You Redeem?
Only at Tickit partner outlets listed in the app.
Not Enough Points?
You can use your points for part of the payment and complete the rest with your linked card to earn more points.
