Terms and Conditions – Spend and Win Raffle Promotion:

• Download Tickit Rewards and spend with a UAE-issued credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) linked to your Tickit account at any Partner Outlet at City Walk Dubai and stand a chance to win an Arcfox Alpha S 2025 Model

• This raffle promotion is valid from 5 December 2025 to 11 January 2026.

• Customers will receive one raffle entry for every AED 300 spent in a single transaction at participating outlets in City Walk Dubai using the Tickit app. If a Tickit member spends more than AED 300, the amount will be rounded down to the nearest hundred to determine the number of entries they receive in the draw.

• The raffle draw prize is Arcfox Alpha S 2025 Model.

• The raffle draw winner will be announced on 15 January 2026.

• Multiple purchases from different outlets within City Walk Dubai can be combined (on the same day) to reach a total of AED 300, making you eligible for a raffle draw coupon using the TICKIT rewards App.

• The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be encashed or exchanged, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other DHLP offer or promotion.

• The following categories are excluded from this promotion: money exchange, banking, medical, aesthetic, fitness, automotive, and utility service transactions.

• DET & City Walk Dubai holds the right to withhold prizes for any irregularities found in the draw held and/or ineligibility.

Eligibility:

• The participant must be a resident of United Arab Emirates.

• The winner will be chosen by Dubai Economy & Tourism and contacted via phone call.

• This promotion is open to participants aged 18 years and above only.

• Employees of Merex Investment and their immediate family members, suppliers, agents, and anyone professionally associated with this campaign and prize draw are not allowed to participate in the campaign.

• The last day to be entered into the activation will be 11 January 2026, 23.55 pm Gulf Standard Time (GST).

Governing Law:

• This campaign and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
